On a relatively warm day in October, Scott and I met our friends Shanna and Robert at the Desert Botanical Gardens. This was a pseudo-goodbye to Shanna as she moved to Hood River, OR later that week.

Museum of Northern Arizona

Before we left Northern Arizona, Scott and I took a ranger-led hike to Betatakin ruins. It was a lot of fun, even though I thought I might die on the way up.
